What does the training for my designations mean to you?

ABR designation is only awarded to licensed real estate professionals who complete specialized training that gives them the edge in understanding a buyer’s perspective and protecting and promoting their buyer-clients’ interest. Before earning the ABR designation, agents must also demonstrate proven experience in representing buyers. They are committed to maintaining their professional edge by staying current on the latest issues and trends regarding buyer representation. CBR designation is specially trained to represent the buyers, helping them get the best possible price and terms for the home they desire.

SFR designation and the LMC designation  increase my ability to assist sellers in maneuvering the complexities of short sales, as well as help buyers pursue short sale and foreclosure opportunities available in today’s market. Short sales and foreclosures are not for the faint of heart, without the proper tools and training an agent could hinder more than help a seller or buyer requiring this type of expertise.

ASP designation refers to training on the process of staging a home for a number of circumstances, in this case the selling of your home. Under strict guidelines and proven Staging techniques that have been developed over the past 35 years; this designation is the benchmark of the entire Home Staging Industry. Utilizing this aspect of my training will bring your homes best features to the forefront, reducing the on market time.

Other designations include: CNHS – Certified New Home Specialist, CNAS, CNMS, & CNRS are all designations given due to my membership of the Cartus Relocation Team through my corporate office.  CNAS refers to the Affinity program that deals with any past and present military personnel; they have additional benefits (call for details).
